Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Installation Kits (once opened)
- Shaper Tools (customized items)
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Set Fins that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges (when available), we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent back to us.
